Patterns
Pattern catalogs and the canons they draw from.
A pattern catalog names the moves that recur in software design, so a reader can point at a known shape instead of rediscovering it each time. The canon here is Fowler’s Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture, alongside the GoF’s Design Patterns, Evans’s Domain-Driven Design, and Fowler’s Refactoring.
This notebook gathers those catalogs and works through their patterns one article at a time. Where a catalog is large enough to stand on its own, it lives in a sub-notebook beneath this hub — starting with Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture.
